We have 43 seasonal sites.  Our lot sizes are double if not triple, normal RV sites (about 80' x 60', but there is more space than that); you will not have to worry about your slide-out hitting your neighbor's slide.

 

The only restrictions on the RVs are NO MOBILE HOMES; 5th wheel, bumper pull, and park models are welcome. However, we ask that it is in good working order and that the camper's appearance is kept to a high standard. The yearly fee is $4200 (2024 season) for the site. There is an additional fee for a harbor spot (if available), or you will need to purchase a boat lift placed on our docking system outside the harbor. Our sites have 20 amp, 30 amp, 50 amp service, sewer, and water. Your site fee includes water and sewer, but electricity is per kilowatt/hour and a meter reading fee. No decking is included in the RV site, only a pad for the RV.

 

You have all the rights to the resort as any guest: pool, free Wi-Fi, shower, bathhouse, laundry, beach, water toys, and any other items the resort offers. The resort cuts the grass and trees/leaves; however, you must trim the grass around the RV and other objects on your site.
